    upgrading my hp pc

No you can only go up to 4GB using a 32-bit OS sorry, and that card will work. But you can get cheaper cards with less of an OC, and just OC it yourself.

    Crossfire 6870's - Power Requirements.

No way you would not need 950W, I'd say if you wanted to avoid the bottleneck and be prepared for future upgrades I would get a(n) 8000W PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817121069

an anybody help me with what build should i chose please? (gaming one)

Alright just some questions... do you plan on overclocking? do you already have mouse, keyboard, monitor, dvd drive or hard drive? what about a case? And if this build is for gaming you don't want to skimp on the CPU, Intel is the way to go.

    Advice on new Gaming Build

Well you don't really need anything over 8GB of RAM, but if you wanted to get another 4GB of the same stuff that would work. As for the GPU I would get the GTX 570.

    Gaming Build advice/suggestions...

Basically the more power phases the better regulated the voltage to you CPU will be. The main reason why you're going to want a motherboard with at least 8 power phases is if you are planning to do some OCing if not you could go with a cheaper mobo and only have to grab the core i5 2500 or 2400...
