this is weird i installed win 98 in dos with commands as skip registry check and scandisk and it installed and restarted and there it was the bootmenu works fine win 98 was only default settet and win 2k was still there its really true and i find it verry weirdscuze i did the same thing on...

I decide to keep win xp But I have some programs that didnt work on xp, so I'm gonna dual boot with win xp/98 I know that I must install win 98 first but is it possible to install it on my d:\ drive ? And can I instal programs like winamp, kazaa and mirc in the same folder ?

I now installed win xp and I must say its alot faster then win 2k it startsup within 45 secs :D But shutdown is slow :( , but that was in win 2k the same. So im keeping win xp
