well i had my 2400+ oced to 2.4ghz and then i put i back down to 2000mhz but its running way to hot when i first got it it was running at 45 degrees but now its at 65 degrees and i have 8 case fans and the stock cooling is still on the cpu any ideas

your cpu(xp 2000 + palamino) get very hot very easy even at a low fsb i recomend you use a GOOD heat sink and fan for this overclock

i have a water cooling kit but i can never get around to installing it and to be quite honest it scares the hell out of me no know there is water flowing around my system i found that cooling is an art and if you do it the rite way then you can have a well cooled system with minimal fans

ok ok all sounds good xept the ram im sorry but as good as you think samung or as good as i used to think it was i bout a 512 stick of there ram and had to get it replaced twice and in the end i got my money back and bought kingston also do you have the right internet connection to play these...

i had that problem but i got little rubber O rings and put them on the screw between the case and the fan and it stoped the vibration leaving the fan. im not sure were i found the O rings i think i had then laying around not sure were you will be able to find em. :S
