Tried connecting the wires to the pins, and when I had everything hooked up, I pressed the power button. A light came on on thefront of the case and then nothing. Any ideas, Please.

Do all the pins have to be used. Is the dummy supposed to have something hooked to it or is it just a dummy and left empty. Also how do I know which is positive and which is negative if they are not labeled accordingly.
