i think u should install the latest drivers for your ati card.and also install the directx 9.0c...if possible re-install windows..check to see whether your RAM is fitted properly..sometimes a faulty RAM will cause that problem..ive had it..n also use Spybot Search & Destroy and Adware to see...

yeah i tried adware & spybot..and i dont use IE,i use firefox1.0.6..as i said ive uninstalled IE,thru the add/remove - windows components..but i guess IE never really gets uninstalled...

problem is solved now..actually i went online,,downloaded a theme (noai extrem..) into firefox..then changed the theme..then went into the themes window n dragged down the downloaded themes..n ha!!!it installed finally..so the problem was that it didnt show that message when i was actually using...

that doesnt work either..the downloaded file is in .jar format..i tried dragging it to the themes window but that still didnt install the files..is there any other way????
