Well I've sent mine back, it does say "under 20dB", when it is allot louder than me antec 900's 24dB (very faint noise), probably over 30dB. Umart is going to test it, they have no reason not to give me a completely new SILENT power supply. I mean my old skool 250W was silent, why can't cooler...
