I think you may need a some newer better fans because if it was working when the dust was removed a little better, it is probably over heating, so try getting some new fans

lol, I have to mention your choice of motherboard and cpu, they are on completely different sides of the spectrum... but anyways if you overclock the processor and have a 8800 your upgrade is something I'm sure you will enjoy. The psu should work through all of that.
