    Excersise, food, health, drink..

You need to strengthen your mid section to reduce back pain. Sit ups, or better still crunches (same as sit ups but slowly and only lift half way). Make sure your lower back is flat against the floor and your legs are bent. To do the back lay on your front and lift your head and chest off the...

    Excersise, food, health, drink..

Be very careful with lower back pain, it is probably due to the fact you are sitting down most of the day. Its a good reason to strengthen your muscles as it provides more support and you strain less when your exercising. All chocolate is bad, dark chocolate still contains a huge amount of...

    Excersise, food, health, drink..

Good advice from Addis. The most important aspect of your diet is to eat a well balanced range of meals. Breakfast is very important as it starts your metabolism early on in the day. I would try to avoid ready meals as much as possible as the majority of them have little nutritional value and...

    Theoretical Upgrade

I would be inclined to go for a gfx card upgrade, I dont think a new processor would give you as much of a gain in speed. Problem is that you're limited to AGP cards which are becoming scarce. One option is this :- ebuyer.com - Point Of View 7800GS 256MB AGP TV DVI Depends on your budget...

    Scratch Built Computer - Advice

Considering you have a relatively limited budget, why are you spending so much on the mobo/CPU? You mentioned that you prefer Intel but you could get an Asus SLI mobo and a dual core Athlon 64 for considerably less money. It will be at least as future proof as your suggestions. You also...

The numbers will always rise like a car odometer, if you have any doubts check with the supplier.

    Power Consumption

I would just use the whole units, I think thats what the bill is charged by. You will need to phone the electricity supplier and find out exactly how they charge. Its a pain but I cant think of another way to get a decent idea of how much the PC is costing you.
