    Core I7 Or Xeon

Why so expensive? If there is no real need for at least 10 cores, you can save a lot. From those choices, I'd go with i7.

Nvidia Pascal Vs Polaris Vs Vega: Gtx 1080 A Good Choice?

These are just first 14/16nm GPU's, and die size is quite small. So better ones with HBM2 memory will surely come. There isn't currently any information about 1080 Ti. Polaris is not aiming high end but Vega is. Vega should contain HBM2. Nvidia's plans about using HBM2 on consumer graphics are...

    Help Needed With Failing Hd

Or alternatively from same site, bootable Windows https://www.runtime.org/peb.htm That is perhaps safer way as Linux does NOT officially support NTFS. Complete Gaming Rig For ~1400

You cannot raise multiplier so for overclocking K models are much better. I also would avoid TLC drives, like Samsung 850 Evo. Samsung already have two crap TLC models (840 and 840 Evo).

Pc Reboots When Video Card Is Under Stress

Check that power connectors for video card are OK. There are no dual rails on PSU so no problem about that. Based on what you wrote, problem is very probably PSU or video card, but quite impossible to tell which without changing parts.

    <solved>controller Error Needs Triage

Problem is that motherboard has SATA connectors connected to south bridge and JMicron's SATA controller. Another problem is that JMicron's chip really has PATA ports, commonly known as IDE ports. First I would ensure that all cables are properly connected and also check that all devices are...
