I got p4 3.0ghz and default cooler that came with it. What should be the normal temperature of the cpu? Idle and loaded? Btw, my cooler works 2400rpm on idle but it's so noisy, I've never seen a more noisy computer. What should I do about it? Buy a new cooler, water cooling? Thanks for answers!
