I'm not a big computer geek (yet :)) so I just figured out that those who have built my PC have not done a very good job putting thermal paste between the heatsink and the processor. Unfortunately I don't have any thermal paste at my house and my local computer store...

So I just cleaned my CPU fan and had quite some dust in it. So I clean it put it back in and boot up my computer. Went into a game to test if everything was at it was supposed to and I found out that suddenly my computer spikes in games. This did not happen before I did the cleaning of the CPU...
