I never said the fans went off. In the sentence below your first reply, when I said, "I unplugged everything and plugged it back in one by one and it wouldn't boot" I meant POST and not boot (I've edited it now). I said I already did that twice! Again, the fans are always on but there isn't...

It can't be the Hard Drive or RAM because as I said I unplugged everything and plugged it back in one by one and it wouldn't POST. It can turn on without a Hard Drive, and even with a bad Hard Drive, it would say it could not boot. Also the motherboard would say there isn't any RAM.
