i have spy bot n norton, i ran them n got rid of what they found. its still slow..... maybe i jus got a pants pc! thort it was my registry coz sum ad popped up but i got a freeware 1 n its still slow! doh. i think ill go read up on over clocking, but being thenovice..... i just dnt know. lol

the trouble is if my pc isnt secure i dnt want to start puttind card details etc into it to but a reg cleaner and i wouldnt be able to do it by hand on account of me being thenovice at these things! tank you tho neway. is there an easy way to help me out??

hello good people, can some one please point me in the right direction for help? since going online my pc has slooooowed down so much its infuriating! i have spyware, internet security etc some1 said something about registry errors but erm.... im a novice and dnt know anything bout pc's...
