I've got my main pc and just got a 2nd hand laptop. I'm using a 10m crossover cable at the mo but wanna go wireless. What do i need to get for both pcs? I know i need an 802.11b pmcia card for my laptop but what else? thx

sounds like you've got them both installed as master or both as slave on the same ide cable. Can u see them in POST?

yup, an nv30 based card, but at the mo, i can throw any game at my original gf3 and it runs it with ease :)

yeh, ive got a brand new ibm desktar 60gb, and event viewer is picking up bad sectors :( Doh, cant find the events in the log now, but i saw them the other night :(

i've got a leadtech gf3 64meg ddr, but have seen a gainward gf4 4200 for £116.00 inc vat. While i've got a spare couple of quid, should i buy the gf4? Is there much difference? or should i stick with my faithfull little gf3? ta
