got it to work lol im an idiot i was installing the drivers in the win2k folder not winXP lol

i installed the driver that u sent me and it still has the yellow question mark and no internet and i had tried installing the newer driver for the same thing with no luck i guess ima have to try and find another solution to get the Ethernet controller to work thanks for the help
