Part of the re-branded version of CyberLink's PowerCinema digital home entertainment software included on some Acer systems. Equivalent to the PCMAgent.exe entry and speeds up the launch of the main program. Only required on slower/older systems and if disabled it loads when required via an instance of svchost.exe
