Description
Toshiba laptop related. Win98/Me ACPI system can not hibernate or go on standby if all of the physical memory lower than 640KB is locked. This utility allocates and locks three pages on boot and then releases them on standby/hibernation for ACPI.SYS in order to solve the above problem
