    this video shows a tutorial on setting up ur CPU to runn at way under freezing temp. how did they doo that

    That probably uses Phase Change / Peltier (sp?) cooling. It's an extreme way of cooling components (CPU's mainly).

    It'd have to be phase change or liquid nitrogen. Peltier does a good job for sub-ambient temps, but it's not enough to get close to running subzero numbers.

    here a Liquid Nitrogen cooling and the above post doesnt look anything like it.

    It is the Prometia 2 Phase Change. It is the exact same system that goes into a refridgerator or air conditioner. Unfortunately, they are mighty expensive.
