Okay so i need a new computer so i decided to browse on the internet for these thing. I've created 2 builds.

    First one:
    Motherboard:Mainboard Socket-AM3 ASUS M4A88T-M, microATX
    Processor:AMD Phenom II X4 975 Black Edition, 3,6GHz, Quad-Core, S-AM3, Boxed
Memory: DDR3-RAM KIT 8 GB, 1600 MHz, CL9, CORSAIR Vengeance Low Profile
Graphics card: PCI-E 2.1 SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850, Lite Retail, 1024MB or PCI-E 2.1 SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6870, Lite retail, 1024MB ( i can't chose between these two, help?)
    Cooler:SILENTPOWER LC6450GP2-450W V2.2 BL.
This build would cost me 644 euros.

    Second one:
    Motherboard:Mainboard Socket-AM3 ASUS M4A87TD EVO, ATX
    Processor:AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition, 3,2GHz, Six-Core, S-AM3, Boxed
Memory: DDR3-RAM KIT 8 GB, 1600 MHz, CL9, KINGSTON HyperX Genesis
Graphics card: PCI-E 2.1 SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850, Lite Retail, 1024MB orPCI-E 2.1 SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6870, Lite retail, 1024MBagain don't know which one..
    Cooler:SILENTPOWER LC6450GP2-450W V2.2 BL
This build would also cost me 664 euros.

So my question is are these builds any good? I don't wanna spend more then 650-700 euros but i wanna copmuter that will be able to run modern games like battlefield 3, witcher and games like that.. and tell me if the cooler is powerfull enough.
You can also reccomend me a build based on Intel processor but i've heard AMD ones are a bit cheaper. Also im not sure bout graphics card..
    Thank you for helping me

Alright just some questions... do you plan on overclocking? do you already have mouse, keyboard, monitor, dvd drive or hard drive? what about a case? And if this build is for gaming you don't want to skimp on the CPU, Intel is the way to go.

No i have no plans on overclocking and yes i do own a keyboard, mouse and monitor, i don't own a dvd drive or hard drive but im using an external 1TB hardrive and i forgot to mention that whith both builds an internal 500gb hard drive is included. The case is LC ATX MIDI PRO932B LC600H-12 with a 600w cooler so i guess i don't need that extra cooler so the actual price is 40 euros less.
ps. is the motherboard any good cus i really don't know a lot about mobo's..
