ASROCK motherboard for Conroe

    Is the following motherboard good for Conroe E6300 for a relatively low budget:
    ASROCK ConRoe945G-DVI s775, 945G, DDRII 667, PCI-E
    ?
    I'm not planning overclocking and it has all the ports I need.

    ASrock seems to be fine, and is an off-shoot of Asus. I've never used them, but I've seen a lot of positive feedback about their motherboards.

    I have an AS Rock board and it works fine. I cant remember what the model is off the top of my head but I bought it for an AMD64 processor. The only thing that was bad about it is I had to bend the heat sink over one of the chip sets to get an amd 64 fan/heat sink to fit over the processor. Other than that, its been going solid for 2 months now :D
