I have a Asus cdrw52x burner model#5232qt. I am useing Nero to burn cds. When I try to burn 17 songs at 48x the last 3 songs are messed up. This has happen twice in a row. The cds I am useing are 48x. Could the cds I am useing be bad at that speed. Should I try a slower speed. The computer I am useing is pretty slow Celron. Could the computer be a problem at that speed. Please help if you can.

    Thank You

Turn off overburn in nero settings, overburn is a feature which allows you to write a bit more than the CD has the capacity for of the outside, and its risky because it may cause errors as its happening here.

Do you think useing a slower speed to burn like 32x or 24x could help out on the bad burns.

Thanks for the help. I think I will try another brand of cds. Maybe the ones I have just do not work good at those speeds.
