Hi, i have an ASUS P5N32 SLI Premium with an Intel core 2 duo E6550 2.33Ghz 1333FSB.
In the bios the processor appears as 1.87Ghz and in the windows system information the same. In the system properties appears as Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E6550 @ 2.0Ghz 1.87Ghz.
In CPU-Z appears as 2.0Ghz but the FSB at 1066 instead 1333.
Can anyone help me with this issue?? Why can't my processor runs at is full speed and what can i do? I already flash my Bios and still the same. :(

    Thanks in advance people! :)

Hi Dwarfer, I already did that, update my bios to the last version and still nothing. :(
Can i resolve this with an overclock? If the processor is 1333FSB and 2.33Ghz, can i overclock it to this frequence?

    Thank's again

Can you help me to try to put the processor running at 2.33Ghz and stable? Since it's is original speed i think there is no problem, is there?
    I don't understand nothing of overclocking :(

    Thank's

ok find out what your multipiler is, it will tell you in cpu-z, then get a calculator, divide 2333 by the multipiler, that will give you the fsb speed that you need to input into the overclock tool in bios

Ok, my multiplier is 7, it gives me a count of 333.28. I must put the bus speed at 333.28 in the asus overclock tool is that it?

    Thanks
