AUDIGY 2 and home receiver

Ok I once had my audigy 2 platnuim card hooked in to my Home RCA Receiver... I remember using the Optical Out (on the audigy 2 deck) and hooked it into the Optical in on my Reciver... I had it working then Rebuild my computer .... I totally forgot how to set it up to get everything working...... can anybody give me a step by step brief on how to do this? thanks

I don't have an Audigy 2, but if memory serves from the original Audigy, check under the speakers tab and set it to the digital/optical out.
