Best Video Card for $150?

With only $150 I need to know the best graphics card deal I can get. If it helps any, the only games I will play with it are Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source.

 

How's this: 6600GT

 

I believe that the best bang for that buck could be the ATI 9800pro. Especially if you'r playing the HL engine. (Unless you want a PCIe of course, in which case I'll have to go with the 6600gt).

Yea unless you want to upgrade your mobo ot a PCI-E one, you should get the 9800pro or 9800XT. You can get a 6600GT AGP but they cost more than the native PCI-E ones.

 

The one I liked is AGP and only $157 I belive, not to shabby concidering it's faster than a 9800.

 

Oh go for that then. didnt think AGP ones were that cheap

 

It shocked me too, now AGP is getting to be cheaper than the PCIe ones, bout time.

 

yeah a 6800GT costs 290 on agp but 350 on pci-e
