Bios help! (shudn't really go here but i don't really class it as software either)

hello,
Well i have somehow disabled the screen from the bios which normally comes on when the pc is turned on. Telling temp ammount of ram etc, i really want this screen back. Any help and i would be gr8full. (sorry for putting it in hardware didn't know where else)
 
I'm not sure what that option is, but what I can suggest is loading the bios default options and resetting the options you like afterwards.

I know it, I just can't remember it right now. Ill tell you if it comes up.
