OK so I am going to get a computer from ibuypower.com, my budget is 1300$ out the door (includes shipping tax etc). So since I have not been in the computer world for years I was wondering if you guys can go to :

And respond to me the best combination of hardware I could buy for 1300$ (copy paste the specs at the end)

Warning about iBuypower/Cyberpower: if the machine has problems, then good luck getting them to get it fixed properly.

Avadirect or Hypersonic would be some more reputable options.
 
Why not buy the parts of the computer separately and then build it your self if you don't know how to then get a mate or someone to do it for you. It will turn out to be cheaper.
