buying a gaming rig,not building

ok, let me start by saying that i don't think iam ready to build a computer. i know thats the best option, but i just don't have the time,effort, & knowledge to feel good about building one. I just sent back my newly purchased game rig to ibuypower, b/c it was locking up and the tech support has trouble speaking english. so i will be getting a refund of $1300.00.

i want to get a computer with SLI, liquid cooling, dual processors, and the other basic bells/whistels. my question is where is agood palce to buy 1?? a company with tech support that speaks english would also be a must.

i was looking at cyberpower, alienware, and vicious, but found somebad feedback on all of those companies, and dell doesn't really do sli unless its their top of the line xps model.

can you guys please helpme out here,i really don't need 10pages of ,"just build it yourself" here.

Alienware have a decent reputation, and you can 'build' (choose the parts) the computer on there site and they will send it to you assembled! there not exactly cheap... but your also paying for the look & name with them.

CyberPower/iBuyPower...those aren't the bottom barrel, but if you're uncomfortable working on a PC, they're one of the last companies I'd look at.

ABS, Alienware, VoodooPC, Dell, Gateway, Maingear, Puget Systems, Falcon NW...those are all pretty reputable companies. There's no reason to go with CyberPower/iBuyPower when you've got a lot better options out there. A cheap price is fine, but the customer and tech support of that company leaves much to be desired from everything I've read. If you don't want to dork around in that box from the start, it's worth your hard-earned dollars to at least consider paying a little extra.

CyberPower seems to be the same company as iBuyPower from what I can tell.

[H]ard|OCP's Consumer section has a lot of reviews of PCs.

As for the system in question, you're limited to a Radeon XPress 200 chipset, which doesn't offer dual PCIe x16 slots, only one.
I highly doubt you're going to find any SLI-able system for $350.
 
dude seriously, go falcon northwest, they are great. English techs and they even send you a certified windows disk with your machine.
