    WHAT CAN i do to get a high speed online gaming experience...i live in the country n i dont think CABLE or DSL is available....NE HELP?????

    try that 3G thing that i seen the comercial for. It is supposed to be as fast as broadband.

    You're definately not going to be gaming on satellite, the latency is really high. The download speeds are OK... until you hit the limits of their FAP's (Fair Access Policy). They limit your bandwidth to Xmb per hour. :( Besides, it's so pricey and unreliable you'd be better off with dialup. You might be able to get ISDN in your area, or maybe a direct T1 if you're wealthy.

    P.S. - In some reural areas, local ISPs offer line-of-sight RF-based access, or perhaps frame relays. You might check around and see if anything like that exists in your area.

    3G and satellite would kill you on gaming due to the transmission times. The only solution I could see is if there is a wireless service provider.

    If there isn't depending on how far the nearest center is that offers high speed you may be able to set up a wireless link yourself with a couple of antenna's and a fairly good wireless router.
