Can someone tell me the difference between these Motherboards?

The only difference I can tell is that one motherboard has 1 more PCI slot than the other. Any help would be appreciated, I am planning to install a AMD 64 3000+ Venice into one of them and would like to know if one is better than other.

They're the same. Newegg has an error on the number of PCI slots as 3, not 4. The orange PCI slot has some special capabilities when you plug in an external storage controller (i.e. SCSI, PATA, etc).
