hi every time i try to open my video folder my windows explorer shuts down says error needs to close anybody had this problem before???thanks for any help.
Does it happens with only a video folder or with any other folder as well? Also, did you check your computer for viruses etc....If not then run antivurus in safe mode n see if it goes away..
tryed running virus scan stoped at the video folder it had to close.its only the video folder.tryed in safe and normal.nada

ran chkdsk.nothing.every time i put the curser over the my video folder,i get ,(windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close,we are sorry for the inconvenience.)
Which antivirus was that? Make sure that it is fully up to date also.... and have u tried in safe mode?? Edit: Check in event viewer also if there is any error message under application or system???
Norton anti virus.got a bunch of errors if i looked in the right place,internet explorer and a bunch of others
