Can't open Rawshooter

I have just downloaded the free edition of photo editing program Rawshooter. Downloading and installation appears ok but when i click on the icon to open it nothing happens.How can i open this program please?
 
Try download [google]MS Antispyware[/google] and do a system scan. Spyware may be affecting your programs.
 
is the icon you're using on the desktop or in Start>Programs....
If it's on the desktop then there may be something wrong with the location of the program it's trying to find...if not then check for spyware etc like addis said.

THe icon is in the program files and the desktop. Neither worked. System is clear with Spybot
