I try to get priority update downloaded as recommended, but update hangs and never finishes. I uninstalled zonealarm as I thought that was the problem. But still can't get the virus updates. Can someone help. Thanks.

is the problem sorted now? because I use to have a similar problem and I just updated to the latest version from the site which fixed the problem.

I think the download server is/was down or having problems?
