Well, this is an unsual problem, it all started today, for christmas i got 2 graphice tablets, one for me new pc, and one for my old pc, i got it conected to my old pc, got into windows, then my ad came up to have a look, and said, dad dont touch anyhtign i need to install the drivers, then i started installing the drivers, and then my dad started moving the arrow with the pen on the graphics tablet, and at the same time i was moving the arror to conplete graphics tablet installation, then the computer froze, so i restarted, and since then, i could never get into widnows, just got ast the widnows xp splash screen, and computer monitor went off, and light on computer monitor started flashing, so i enterd safe mode, did system restore, and still could not get into windows normally, now is there a way to get windows up and running again?, i dont want to have to restore windows to factory settings.

The specs of the computer are as follows
    3.0ghz pentium 4
    DFI Infinity 865pe mobo
    20gb seagate hard drive
    ATI Radeon 9600np.
    512mb ddr400 ram.

Try an XP Recovery install from the XP CD!
