CD Drive Tray

Dear Friends,

Whenever I am trying to open the CD tray it just opens and closes immediately automatically. How to solve this problem?

Hi Sweetie welcome to HWF, shut down your system and insert an unfolded paperclip into the tiny hole in the front of the CD drive[ot]you will feel some reistance after you have inserted it a couple of centimeters - which it normal, keep pushing the paperclip until the CD tray ejects manually and pull the tray out a bit more, then turn your system on (with the tray ejected)[/ot]when your system has booted - press the eject button a few times - all should be ok now
