I would like to be able to change the location, for lack of a better word, of the My Music folder that shows up in the start menu. Well, I guess you could say I want to change the target of the link. Is there any way that I can do this?

Microsoft's TweakUI or Tuneup Utilities should be able to do it.

Or you could just create your own shortcut to your target folder and remove the windows default one.
