well my moms boyfriend wants to get a notebook here in the US and take it to Poland to give to his mom, and we got it figured out with the adapters or whatnot for the electricity and small things,
but we cant honestly figure out,
how in Windows Xp you change the damn language
i know theres a definite way to do this but we tried changin lang on reg and lang in the control panel, but thats not helping, its the most practical thing and if i go too into this then ill prob end up breaking something

how can i change an american labtops lang to polish so that EVERYTHING is polish
