Can anyone give me some advice or tell me if these are good components?

    CPU: Intel Pentium E5700 3.0Ghz/2MB Cache LGA775 65Watt
    ( http://ark.intel.com/products/42801/Intel-Pentium-Processor-E5700-(2M-Cache-3_00-GHz-800-MHz-FSB) )
RAM: 2GB DDR3-1333 Kingston HyperX Blu (1 module)
    Grafics Card: Gigabyte GV-N210TC 1GB (Turbocache),64Bit,Nvidia Geforce 210
Hard Disk: Kingston SSDNow S50 16GB (Primary hard disk) SATA300 2.5"
Sony Optiarc DVD-Rw Dual Layer Rewriter

What do you guys think about it?
In total it will cost about 300€. (Wich is 375dollar or something..)

    Thanks in advance
