Im not exactly sure what you're asking, I believe you can pick up HDTV using any latest TV Tuners which you buy and stick in your PC. I'm not an expert but I think HDTV channels are very limited and are only available on digital TV, like BBC Digital and other digital service providers.
I hope this website below helps, they sell HDTV TV Cards so you can watch TV on your pc, I'm not sure if you can watch HDTV on a normal monitor (i think i heard you can view HD with your TFT monitors, but i probably missheard it)
