I am using my webcam with yahoo messager. When somebody views my webcam my computer works fine. Then when I try to view myself on the webcam at the sametime my computer shuts downs and restarts. Another friend of mine has the same webcam and they have the same problem. But the webcam did work fine for a few days. Could there be something wrong with the software? Please help me if you can. Thank You.
go to event viewer (RightClick MyComputer > Manage > Event Viewer), look for Application Events.....Copy and paste all the errors here..! It might give us some help finding out the error.
