HP Pavilion Computer AMD 64 Athlon Processor 2x 512MB Ram 250GB Hard Drive. computer was working fine last night, got switched off this morning and now it won't boot correctly. I am unable to open the disk trays but all the fans are turning on. It won't reach the POST screen it just appears to be looping round in a circle. The fan noise from the video above is only usualy like that for a matter of seconds when the computer works fine, then the noise goes and then it boots, but as you can see from the video its just stuck like that. Would be very greatful if someone could give me some information on why may be doing this. Many thanks Swain90
Try a reset Cmos, the random switch off must of corrupted the bios. A reset cmos should fix that problem.
