Constant Corrupted files?

I've recently got wireless radio internet. (Tower and what not) I used to have dial up. The internet is fast and seems to work quite well. Until I try to download large files, or many files. It will seem to work well, but once finished downloading nearly everything will be corrupted. Also my internet seems to just cop out and not work after about 2 or more hours downloading, but the time span is not consistent. The actual connection icon seems to be fine, but I cannot access any website or download anything at all. Repairing the connection doesn't work, power cycling my surge protector that goes to my radio doesn't help either. The only remedy is to restart my computer.

Would the problem be with my ISP? Or could it be my integrated ethernet card? (nvidia nforce networking controller) I never had this problem with dial up.
