Corrupt RAR

is there any proper GOOD software that can fix a CORRUPT RAR file which is about 48meg. tried winrar, actual rar repair, advanced rar repair but none have worked.

Ive never had any luck in fixing or getting rid of rar passwords. Ive tried and tried for hours. Now I just delete them straight away!
