Cpu not booting properly ...

    My system specs are NOT that great.. I have a P4, 2.26Ghz, 1GB RAM, the PSU is Not that powerful either but I don't know the speed rate exactly. The problem is that I shutdown the system last night properly but I restarted it today and its giving a constant beep with a red light blinking in the processing bar, there is no display either ! What this problem Can be ?? And I had the display problem a month ago and I got I repaired previously, is it something to do with that? Regards

    Probably faulty PSU or motherboard is the problem.

    Pull the ram out and reset it, If you have 2 stick of ram try One at a time..
