    Hi,

I would first try doing a minimal boot if you havent tried that already. Try booting with just the cpu, video, and a single stick of ram with all the other peripherals disconnected to see if it boots without a restart. Try swapping out the ram to see if one of the ram sticks is having an issue. You can also try running Prime 95 to test the processor, if it comes up with errors that can be a sign of the processor not working correctly. Also, try running Memtest to test your RAM as well to check for errors. You can also try resetting the BIOS to its default settings to see if that makes a difference as well, there may be a voltage setting or frequency setting set too high. Heat can also cause a system to shutdown. Make sure all the fans in your case are running, and you can also try running the computer with the side of the case open, maybe even have a normal fan blowing on it as you use it just to see if heat really is a factor.
