    Hi,

    I just bought a Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R motherboard, and then i purchased a 3 x 2gb DDR3 ram, 3 channel.

When i bought the board, it said it supported up to ddr3-2000, so being the tool that i am assumed that it would support ddr3 1600.

Then as i was reading the motherboard manual, its says DDR3-1600 above are supported for one DIMM per channel only.

So it seems my 1600 wont run in 3 channel mode, but i really dont know what that means. Should i be seeing if i can exchange it for 2100 or 1333 Mhz models

    Cheers for any advice
