I've been researching and can't find a definite answer, would my DDR (PC 3200) memory work on a board that uses DDR2 memory

No. DDR is 184-pin and 2.5-2.6V (standard). DDR2 is 240-pin and 1.8V. They physically won't work together. Not to mention the signaling is different.

Some motherboards offer DDR and DDR2 compatibility together, but they have slots for both. However, you cannot use both formats at the same time, due to voltage and signaling differences.

You cannot even fit it in the same connector. The notches of ddr memory does not match the notches of ddr2, so you couldn't even put it in the board.
