By the looks of it, it's an imitation Windows update program.
What does msconfig tell you what's starting up with windows?
Secondly, i'd update your AVG and do a scan.

    Did you try MS antispyware?

I found it quite good when I managed to get infected with all sort of :swear: .
Did you try and search for a removal tool in one of the main AV providers?
Sometimes they publish a short guide of how to rid of spyware and viri by also editing the registry.

Cannot think of anything else....

As far as I know MS anti-spyware doesn't actually install any spyware, but it does have a whitelist of "approved partners" which it will not disenfect (or even detect).

what i meant is, its a microsoft anti spyware program (microsoft) i wouldent be surprised if there anti spyware program is sending all sorts of info back to ms.

i think i will stick with, ad aware se, ewido and spybot s & d
