Hello, I have no operating system. Half of an xp install is there. Wont boot to windows. I cleared my bios by removing and replacing the battery and now I need a bootable floppy disk clean program.
If you have your windows xp cd, you can boot to it and in the recovery console type: format C: That will format your hard disk.
