Ugh... so I keep trying to sign up for "Chase Online" to be able to view my credit card account and pay bills online and such. And I keep getting error pages non-stop! Like in the screen shot. Eventually, though, after a few tries it usually takes me through. But at one point I was stuck like this on a page where I get to create my password forever! Kept trying it, re-entered my info and hit next like 10 times, still wouldn't let me through. So I called them. And a lady with some accent tells me that "the website is absolutely fine" when I asked her if it would start working normally anytime soon. Grrr. :mad: I hate that! So then she walked me through it, told me to log in again, then do the same exact thing I had already done 10 times before ... and what do you know! It worked that time! Well at least I got past that step so I wasn't too mad anymore; 3 more steps left in the registration process at the time of this posting... But still. Wtf?? Does anyone else have this problem with their lame website?? If anyone else uses chase
[ot]EDIT: P.S. That smiley face problem really needs to get fixed lol. My smiley face up there is supposed to show an angry face, but there are two smileys that both have the : mad : code for them, and it picks the other one, which is supposed to be mad in the sense of "crazy", I guess. So it seems to be impossible to put in the angry smiley...[/ot]
