Just a couple of days back, my CDRW just went dead,... I found this out when I tired to use some of my burned CD's and found out that THERE WAS NOTHING IN THEM,... EMPTY!!!!
Though I lost some valuable stuff ,.. but this is want happens if you don't check the CD after burning it.
Now I am thinking of moving a step ahead and geting a DVDRW/CDRW combo drive. So, what do you guys suggest,.. which brand, type etc,... a link would be greatly appreciated.
Though my budget is around $100, but I wouldn't mind geting it a little cheaper.

I dont think that the NEC 3520 is right now available in the U.S,..
And from what I have seen on the web, There is also not much info availabe regarding it.
Because of this lack of info. it is hard to measure its effeiciency and thus its reliability.
